Got quick & thorough help today from Benita on claims that I was overpaying! Refund from provider coming soon! I'm so thankful for the help to get this straightened out. Absolutely crappy company! Missed a CT scan I needed because they claimed my provider was "out of network". Another location of the SAME COMPANY ten miles away is "in network". Was on the phone for 1 and a half hours, missed my appointment, and must now suffer until they can straighten this out. Have had the test before at the SAME LOCATION, and it was okay then, but not now. They claim they will call me back "shortly" and straighten this out. Wonder how long it will take? We have been trying to get our renewed life insurance to go through since November 2015! They lost our application and have been dragging their feet ever since! Very disappointed!!!

I am a medical provider. Your third party negotiator, PHX, has decided not to accept and process their offer for a reduction in fees. I have faxed over the PHX agreement to Julian A and Karen on 2 separate occasions, but no one seems to know where the paperwork is. They are telling me it is received but it has not been "loaded" into the system. This has been going on for 3 weeks! What is it going to take to settle this issue? My next step is the Insurance Commissioner of Georgia.
