So you all decided to racially profile a group of 5 teenage boys who were going to spend money at your trash establishment? Seriously!? I hope every retailer ends contracts with you. What you do realize is those boys have a very powerful backing and I’m sure destroying your business will send a message. This is why no one shops at malls anymore because of trash management people like you. Lucky it wasn’t my kid because I would have made each and every one of you all suffer.

This is malls will continue to fail. Because owners like you do horrible things to customers. Your businesses will kill contracts and you will suffer
Apparently, shopping while Black is frowned upon at Potomac Mills. If 5 Black teenagers can't quietly wander the stores for 45 minutes before deciding how to spend their money, then I shouldn't shop here either. Shame on you.
You need to address the issue of banning 5 black teens from your mall who everyone (passerby’s and mall workers included) that the boys were not disruptive or did anything wrong. You should be ashamed of your security team for being racist.
I tried to buy Simon Gift Cards for my employees (we work across the street from Lenox Mall). Simon said I had to pay $4 PER CARD for me to send my employees across the street to shop with them. Right. They'll get Amazon cards this Christmas. Not smart marketing Simon. I won't be back.
I just wanna say thank you to whoever was working in mall security at 12:50 this afternoon. I lock my keys in my car at Sam’s Club and they were able to direct me to a locksmith who is reasonable and came from Philadelphia to unlock my car. It’s very stressful situation when you lock your keys your phone your wallet and everything in your car except for you and your groceries.
