I have to say this mall gave me the best customer service I have ever had! Yesterday afternoon one of the ladies took time away from the office to help me find my phone. I have never had such great customer service. Because of her I will have an amazing New Year!!! Thank you!

What is going on with the kids play place?! It used to be a safe area for babies and toddlers and now is basically an open field where kids can easily and quickly escape their caregivers. I have two very quick 2 year olds. It’s basically impossible to watch both of them in the new play place because of the 3 huge openings into the play place, not to mention the “wall” of seats that isn’t really a barrier at all. I just witnessed 3 young soldiers in uniform that were asked to leave the mall. All three were home on holiday leave and were talking with people about their experience. What a horrible place! I will never shop here again. #hatesfreedom
