I was driving through the mall Thursday night and was stopped at a designated crosswalk waiting for a young lady to cross the drive, when suddenly she disappeared in front of me. I had taken my eyes off of her for only a second to look for my phone. My first thought was that she walked really fast, but thankfully, something told me to wait a little before I proceed. This mall is getting trashier every week I go there. Stores are closing, food places are getting shut down, construction messes and the food court is a nasty filthy place. The cleaning crew barely wipes the tables and there’s food all over the floor. They make no effort to do their jobs and clean it up. I give this mall 5 more years, if that, and it will be shut down completely. Don’t shop there. Go to Tanger Outlet or the Landing in Branson. I would seriously like to know why a very good friend of mine was verbally attacked with racists comments; reported it to your “security” & nothing? Its actions like this that are causing your business to circle the drain..don’t be surprised when your finished 😠

This mall should be ashamed of themselves putting money over people's lives, some people can't afford to lose their jobs and have to go to work because the mall refuses to close even when it's -40 outside and they are telling you not to leave the house unless its necessary. smh I'll tell everyone i know not to shop there because they are a heartless greedy business.
Glad I do not work here anymore. Coldest day on record and you are open. Malls all over are closed but not UP. Management their is nice and toasty at home while the tenets put their life on the line to get there... terrible terrible management! No wonder you can not keep any tenets their. What a joke.
