In 2019, the Fashion Mall thinks it is acceptable to have a 3 level parking garage that is only accessible from the top floor. This situation should not exist at all. Just put an elevator inside the entrance, there’s plenty of room. But then, they also saw fit to close off the entire top level of the garage due to icy conditions, instead of salting it like the surface lots, leaving the entire garage without an accessible entrance to the mall. going down hill???!!! yep, this shopping mall has turned into a giant food court!!! now the Yonkers old spot is going to be a clinic/rehab therapy??? wth??? well I will for sure be doing more online shopping. plus, least now I can save my car from their horrible parking lot.

The variety of stores is very accommodating but the young people that work in the shops have very little customer service skills. They can be very rude not mention some attitude to go with it. They treat customers like numbers and not like people especially at the Apple Store. The reason people prefer shopping online than in person.
