We lived at the pointe for two years 2018-2020. This apartment doesn’t deserve more than one star which is for its spacious rooms and closets, otherwise This is the worst apartment i have ever lived in. Over priced apartments. They claim being luxury but they are far from that. when we moved in the baths were filthy, one kitchen drawer was broken, paint splatters all over the floor in both the kitchen and the baths, the fridge was dirty, Kitchen cabinets paint was sticky The first week after moving in we started complaining ... read more
RecommendedYou are virtually impossible to get ahold of at this point. No one answers the phones or email in a timely manner. If I could get a message back that would be great.
RecommendedExtremely friendly community. Office staff is always friendly and they have responded to maintenance requests quickly. I highly recommend the District at Linworth!

trash people who harass and mistreat their residences
Parking is bad here but honestly I miss the days where parking was the only issue. New management is not accommodating or competent. It takes multiple attempts to get someone out for a worker or they opt to not come at all. Office has been closed since 3/17 due to covid which is understandable while the state enforced stay at home guidelines. Those are now lifted yet residents are still left without maintenance or a plan to use amenities. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Especially if you wanna use your patio.
