I strongly do not recommend Reserve at Canyon Creek. Management has changed twice within the past two years. You are forced to pay $40 for valet trash and new management will now charge upwards of $250.00 late charges. Mail boxes are constantly broken into and no security. I can go on and on. This place is not what it used to be. Ghetto is the word I was looking for.
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. At first glance this place seems as it's "luxury" it's not. Management is by far the worst I've ever seen. I've lived here 8 weeks and have been living in a trashy apartment, ac doesn't cool, matienance is never available to complete any work orders, there's no grounds keepers available to clean up. In 8 weeks I've only had a working master toilet for one week! My toilet over flowed after many calls and work orders to fix and no one came to help clean up… See more
RecommendedI've been living here for three years, since new management took over, it went downhill big time and super bad. do not move here. everything is horrible. I don't recommend at all anymore and can't wait till my lease ends omg. the comments are true but BEFORE new management took over. since then, all bad.

RecommendedI moved in at the beginning of September and overall my experience has been positive so far. I like the look and feel of the community, as well as my apartment. The one negative was how long the parking lot project took. I realize that weather was a factor, but it was frustrating to see the project drag on as long as it did.

Worst living experience I have ever had. I moved in in March. Upon move in there was a broken patio door, stains on the caulking, the flooring was coming up in the kitchen, the fireplace leaks, and a gold ball came through my window in October 7th. As of October 30th I still have a broken window, broken patio door, stains on the ceiling and a leaky fireplace. I was told a new door was ordered in March, then again in September. Today I called to follow-up...still not ordered. Don’t waste your money.

While I understand the difficulties Covid has created, we have a long list of maintenance issues that need addressed and we keep being told that they are working on emergencies only. We have been without the main light fixture in our living room for weeks. The whole ceiling fixture needs replaced. It’s where we eat, read, do crafts, and where my daughter will be doing schoolwork soon. I know it might not seem important to the office, but with 2 kids at home I need light!
