I don’t have another infectious disease specialist to compare to. But I’m saying that I have Lyme disease and a lot of doctors. Don’t know how to treat it or refuse to and they did fine. They kept me alive. They were very calm with me. I had a toddler when I first started going there and they would sit with him and try to explain to him what was happening. I won't go into details about my Terrible Experience with this place. All I can tell you is Stay Away from this Place.Go to a Different Doctor Office!!!This Place Sucks..
Been trying for 2 weeks to get a hold of someone to make appointment. Its like the phone number has been disconnected. So calling my dr to get a different referral
I’ve been going here for awhile and it was good at first but slowing going down hill...different doctors every visit... no one ever answers the phone ... well today I needed the lab paper work for a blood draw at labcorp so I called CIDS Henderson and they said they would send it over in about 15 mins welp I never received it at Labcorp and CIDS CLOSED at 4pm ... really guys how unprofessional if you didn’t wanna do it just say so.. don’t waste your time going here
Do not get involved with this practise unless you want to throw your money away even with insurance! Keep every reciept and make sure they explain what part of the bill they will stick ypu for even home health care. And make sure the only Dr. you see is Dr Stephanie. She is to good for this practice. But as far as the rest of the staff especially the front Desk Lady and Edwin in billing. They are Very unprofessional, sarcastic and just flat do not care.
