Terrible concert promoter. They don't give full concert details to the contacted e-ticketing service they use. They don't even try to contact the purchaser about necessary concert package details until a handful of days prior to the concert, i.e. times to fire VIP packages. Even then it's by emails which are marked spam/junk by Microsoft email services. They will not make things right. They are not immediately available at the concert to correct issues and their customer service is closed during typical concert hours.

I came down with Covid and was unable to go to a CID event. I had 2 tickets, VIP. They cost $800 I understood that the tickets were not refundable but I was hoping to at least give the tickets to some friends. I tried contacting CID for a solid week before the event. They never answer the phone, they did not respond to emails, nothing. But then the icing on the cake is they responded with instructions on how to transfer the tickets to friends or family 3 weeks after the event. Beware using this company, customer service is h... read more

Went to the Weird Al Concert strings attached and paid for the VIP tickets to get a picture. Took the picture and somehow they managed to lose it between taking it and giving it. I had nothing uploaded on their which they promised it would be and they would make it right. So far they have done nothing to rectify it and are now just ignoring me and refusing to own up to their mistake. Also I assume to make sure Al didn't find out about it I was practically shooed out the door for my meet n greet I'm assuming so I wouldn't men... read more

Purchased VIP tickets ( Valentine gift) for my daughters to see Elle King in Utah. I have hard tickets in hand with a copy of the receipt. The fine print states that in order to be admitted to VIP - IF tickets were gifted must come with copy of purchasers DL and CC used for purchase...Who does that?! I will not provide a copy of my credit card.

Somehow I clicked a link when I purchased tickets to a show that allowed me to also purchase two bus passes from CID Entertainment from downtown Denver to the show in Red Rocks that was associated with the event, when I realized I had made a mistake and wasn’t going to use the shuttle I asked to cancel my reservations and refund the $80 fee associated with the transportation shuttle. I was informed that any purchase is non-refundable. I think it is an unethical business practice to put a transportation service as an add on t... read more

I was defrauded by this company. I paid over SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS for 2 tickets that were supposed to be for this "Gentleman of the Road Experience" with the band Mumford & Sons. This ended up being a complete and total scam. The package was supposed to included a laundry list of extras including food, an exhibit about the band, games, a free drink, etc. etc. I literally recieved NONE of this and was herded onto the general floor area to stand and wait for over 3 hours. This is quite possibly the most atrocious injustice I ... read more

Business response:

We're sincerely sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with us, Andrew, and with that in mind, we have offered you the option to attend another program with us - without having to purchase VIP access. It is worth noting that we take this sort of feedback very seriously. We never want a guest to feel that he/she did not get the expected/advertised experience, and we know a big part of that experience is properly informing guests on where to be and when to be there in order to redeem all package elements. Thus, we em... read more

As with every concert my wife and I attend, I check and double check to ensure I can bring my Coolpix, fixed lens camera to the show. My pictures are for my wife and I and not professional quality, or for sale or posting on social media. This camera is checked by security at the gate when we enter the venue and we have never had a problem. Over half way through Lady Antebellum, one of your security people told me I couldn’t use the camera. I tried to tell him it was a fixed lens, non-professional camera, but he didn’t want t... read more

Business response:

Thank you for reaching out! As we have iterated in our email correspondence with you, we are sincerely sorry if you felt this camera issue sullied your VIP experience, and it's because of that, that we were (and still are) eager to discuss this with you. As a tour-specific VIP program (and not a venue-specific one), we must adhere to a given venue's security policies, as well as that of the artists themselves. Most venues prohibit professional cameras from being used by fans due to security and privacy concerns, and each ven... read more

I purchased a Meet and Greet package for Papa Roach in Albuquerque NM recently and when she arrived at the show (at 6:00 PM, like it said on the tickets), they stated that the meet and greet was at 4:00 PM. She missed it completely. After talking to the staffer (Will J*****), he said that we should have received an e-mail in regards to the meet and greet being at 4:00 PM. I looked over every single e-mail in my inbox, junk mail and trash and did not see one freaking e-mail from them. Upon calling customer service, they basic... read more

Business response:

Hi Gavin, Thank you for reaching out, and apologies for this delayed response! As we indicated when speaking with you, one of the last things we want to hear is that a guest feels disappointed in his/her experience. We certainly understand that a very important factor in guests enjoying their experiences is being properly informed - especially regarding when and where the VIP pre-show activities take place. It's for this reason that we send detailed informational emails beforehand, and it's also why we forewarn guests via th... read more
