genuinely one of the better CiCi's experiences I've had. the pizza was fresh and crispy with the perfect balance of ingredients - Tristan made sure we were taken care of and gave us a friendly contact point to request buffet items and ask questions. It's clear that he and the management here love their jobs and I highly recommend this location!

I Ordered 1med pepperoni Pizza w/extra pepperoni, 5wings a 2liter sprite, 1ranch & 1blue cheese dressing. Not only did I waited 1hr for it. But when I got it there was no sprite, no extra pepperoni, no ranch or blue cheese dressing. When I called the person who answered the phone was rushing and did not in anyway tried to satisfy me as a customer. This is my first time ordering from CiCi's and I'm very disappointed.
