This is probably the most neglected office that I've ever been to as a patient. Dr. Zhang is all about the money. Dr. Zhang has not been there for me. After surgery and recheck which both amounted to neglect on her part. Ive now been diagnosed with anus warts. She is ignoring any type of treatment. Ive had stage three aggressive carcinoma dysplasia. The recheck still showed abnormal cells with anus warts. Every doctor and nurse Ive spoken to. Stay away from this office. Find a doctor who cares if you live or die.
I have a lot to say I honestly don't know where to start, first I would like to start off by saying how terrible this doctor is, she has diagnosed me a problem that it's causing me severe pain. And on top of that she described me the most expensive cream that my insurance don't pay for. I called the office last week because the pain was getting worse to the point where I can't even sit down anymore. I would never recommend this surgeon for a hemorrhoidectomy. I came into the office after month of pain in my rectum due to hemorrhoids and had a consult with her. It started with the exam. When her and her fellow were assessing, they didn’t wait for me to relax but shoved the scope in my rectum causing me bleeding and pain for 4 days after the exam. I had banding done and called the office with severe pain for help at least four times. No one ever got in touch with me. I begged for help, and all I got was generic indifferent response from the front desk.
