I have been going Perfect Hair and Nails for about 15 years. Loan does my hair, and she is fantastic! It always looks beautiful. Nick has done my nails in the past, and he does an expert job as well. All of the stylists do great work! I have recommended Perfect to several family and friends who have gone there, and they are very happy with their results.
