I am a new patient of Dr. Cicero (three visits). He was recommended highly by a friend who is a nurse and is a patient of Dr. Cicero. My experience with him is very positive. He took time to make sure I understood the alternatives and the rationale. I am delighted to be his patient.
I went to Dr Cicero after a hiatus of several years. He has been treating me for almost 25 years. He is probably the best doctor on the planet. He is highly competent, smart, caring, kind, compassionate, and has a great personality. Top-notch diagnostician. One of those people who is doing exactly what he should be doing.

I have never seen the doctor. I did, however receive an invoice. The officer manager is incompetent. I defender myself in court and there were several other "patients" there defending themselves as well. Hold on to your wallet.......
I have been seeing Dr. Cicero for years for my rountine foot maintenance. He is a kind, compassionate, professional doctor who always takes his time explaining in detail any concerns. I have recommended my family and friends to him and will continue to be his patient.

I was recommended to Dr. Cicero by a family member and have never been happier. I had fallen down a flight of stairs and needed surgery. Not only did he reassure me but he took his time and explained in detail the procedure putting me at ease and giving me his emergency number in case I had any more concerns. The surgery was a success and I will continue to see Dr. Cicero for routine foot care and would highly recommend him.
