Dr. Doug Hartley and staff thrive for excellent patient care. Everyone is treated like family. Dr. Hartley will explain all options for your dental care. And your treatment will be decided by his recommendations and what you are comfortable doing. When looking for any health care provider you want an office that looks out for you as the patient. Dr. Doug along with his staff at Cicero Family Dental main priority is making sure his patients are comfortable and receive the best dentistry he can offer. He has a wonderful personality and sense of humor and the ability to make you feel at ease. Let's face it, no one enjoys going to the dentist . But.....I'm giving him 5 stars ! Highly recommend!
My husband broke a tooth and Dr Hartley was able to see him right away. He gave several options and thoroughly explained the process. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, creating a positive vibe in the whole office! They even offer coffee and drinks! We felt well taken care of. Thanks Cicero Family Dental!
I've went here for over 28 years. The original dentist has retired and the new owners/dentist fired all the help for no reason. With no warning at all Including one that had been there for 30 plus years. Just a few months before this the new dentist told her she was doing a great job to keep it up. If it was me I would find another dentist to go to. There are plenty more out there that don’t stab people in the back
