RecommendedThey are amazing!!!! I had a dental emergency and they squeezed me in and took care of me. FAST FORWARD......Almost two years later and now I’m a loyal patient. I WILL NEVER LET ANYONE ELSE TOUCH MY MOUTH EVER AGAIN. I can't thank them enough! They are more than just a one-hit wonder. Both Dr. Doug and Dr. Amanda and the entire staff!!! Best Dental Hygienists. The staff truly cares about you. Literally the best dental practice around! Go see them and you’ll see what I mean.
I procrastinate (it's not my best quality). I hadn't been to the dentist for awhile when I needed an appointment for a chipped tooth and a friend highly recommended the folks at Cicero Dental. I was greeted warmly, had an exam and given a diagnosis that went beyond the original reason for the visit. and all without any judgement at all....not even about procrastinating LOL. I lost 2 two caps and called late Friday afternoon. They were able to work me in Tuesday morning, and also able to save and reattach both caps. Everyone in the office is kind and goes out of their way to be helpful. Dr. Hartley is one of the best dentist I have ever gone to. I liked my former dentist but I love Dr. Hartley and the staff at Cicero Family Dental. We are very lucky to have them in Cicero.
I recently started seeing Dr. Hartley after my dentist Dr. Steve Shields retired after over 30 years. I can honestly say the great service and patient care continues. I recently started a pretty extensive treatment with Cicero Family Dental. Dr. Doug uses the latest technology to assure a comfortable procedure for his patients. I am soooo dentist-phobic but was recommended to Dr. Hartley by a friend. Walking into the office I was very nervous but was immediately put at ease by his office staff. Luckily, I didn't have much time to get nervous in the waiting room because I was called back right at my appointment time. Awesome office! Great staff and a truly great dentist!
I have been very pleased with Dr. Doug Hartley and his staff. I first called them on a Monday with an emergency broken tooth. They got me in that afternoon, and took care of the problem. The whole staff if kind, friendly, and compassionate. All my options were explained to me, and questions I had were answered so I could make the best decision. Dr. Doug even called me in the evening to check and make sure I was doing alright! I highly recommend them to anyone needing a dentist!!
I am so happy to have Dr. Doug as my new dentist! He is a super nice person and explains everything he plans to do.His staff is very friendly and kind. I highly recommend them. I have always driven 30 miles to my dentist and now the drive is 4 miles and I love that. Best of luck to you Dr. Doug Hartley you are a great dentist!
