This is a first and the last visit me with my husband to Cicero Dental, the owner Dr. Chris Tsaliagos, that’s what the receptionist told us there. We found Chris very bad one, bad morally and professionally, A lot of medical bills for health insurance companies and services he didn't provide. Also, employees are unprofessional because they work with him and doings what he ask of them. They give the information and then come back and say those changes from Chris. The doctor was very late to his appointments with no apologies to a room full of patients waiting. He came in the office like he just finished tanning and took his time looking at charts. Not like he was not 1 hour late. After talking to other patients this is a routine thing for him. He makes earlier appointments, but does not get there to 2:00 or after! He doesn’t value his patients or their time! So if your time is just as valuable as his, see someone else!
They rescheduled and cancelled my app.in the same week. Then, I waited over an hour to get my teeth clean. There is a lack of courtesy.
Was not even acknowledged as walking through the door for 20 minutes. Not a hi,hello,have a seat, NOTHING. Then was called and asked to fill out papers by a woman who couldnt care less to even look up at me while speaking to me. I filled out the papers and brought them back up and she said "ok" leaving me wondering ok should i sit down or what?...not"ok you can have a seat". It seems very rude and unprofessional. I just wanna put this out there for anyone else with little kids I took my daughter to cicero dental on 95th in oak lawn they were horrible with her at one point they put goggles on her they where so tight they left marks for two days then they told me she had 4 cavities that i had to bring her back. I went to a trusted dentist I got from a family member took my daughter there she had no cavities cicero dental was going to drill a 5yo for money
Don't expect a floss or goody bag after your cleaning...

Great Place! My 3 year old son and I came to see Dr. Zolnierczyk. My son felt very comfortable around her and she did a GREAT job with him. He's excited to see her again! My own personal experience was great! She was very professional and my teeth felt super clean afterwards! Plus no cavities! Highly recommended practice!
