I went to the Overland Park location to see Dr Ciccarelli. Before seeing him, I was having severe pain down the left side of my leg going to my left big toe. No body could help me until I saw Dr Ciccarelli. For the first time in 10 months, I am pain free. I can't think him enough for everything he has done for me. I also have to mention Heather and Jason. They were so nice and helpful.
My husband was referred to Dr. Ciccarelli for a herniated disc. He was in a lot of pain and discomfort and Jason & Dr Ciccarelli made sure to help and right away! They took very good care to get him into surgery asap and did an excellent job. They were very personable and explained everything prior to surgery and took great care of him. I was very impressed how they treated patients and families. Couldn't say enough great things about Jason and Dr. Ciccarelli and his entire staff!!
Dr. Ciccarelli and his staff were great. I had a discectomy of my L4-L5 and L5-S1 to alleviate sciatica pain in my right leg. Every aspect of my experience was excellent from initial scheduling of consultation visit, scheduling surgery and completing surgery. Surgery was successful and recovery has been good. I have already recommended Dr. Ciccarelli to others and will continue to send referrals to his office. Really good experience. David W.
Was referred to Dr. Ciccarelli by my primary care physician after an MRI showed a large herniated disk at L5/S1. I had been in chronic pain for ten months. Dr. Ciccarelli scheduled a discectomy at SMMC - Prairie Star Parkway. Great experience at hospital and even better experience with results. I am two months post-surgery, walking 5 miles a day and feeling great! Dr. C., Jason and the office staff were top-notch! Thanks for giving me my life back!
Outstanding. Can't say enough about Dr. Ciccarelli and the entire experience. I had a fusion, two clamps in my lower back. Went back to work four months early and have had no problems over the last five years.
The receptionist was so rude that I would never go to this doctor. How can you diagnose if someone is a surgical patient without even seeing them? Terrible, terrible.

The surgery that Dr Ciccerrelli performed on my back turned out better than I could have hoped for. Four weeks after surgery I was pain free for the first time in 20yrs. He had done similar surgeries on 3 other people I know before me and they all had similar results. I highly recommend Dr. Ciccerrelli if you have back problems like I had.
I work for KDOT. I experienced a spinal injury after assisting a motorist by pushing his vehicle off the hwy. in late 2011. After months of rehab & failed treatments (no x-rays) by the state's Work Comp doctor, I contacted the WC main office insisting a visit with a spinal doctor. The injury evolved to sciatica in both legs, a condition of all day (24-7) pain. They sent me to Dr. Ciccarelli, who I consider as a "miracle doctor". In 2012, a non-invasive surgery put me back to 100% healthy. Great!
I had Spine surgery on Dec 28th, and have followed his instructions to the letter, and as of March 27th I will be at full duty with no restrictions. Dr. Ciccarelli tells you like it is and treats you with respect. His PA Jason is outstanding as well. I would strongly recommend this Doctor and PA.
