Had 2 back surgery's with him great Dr my wife Carolyn had 2 back surgeries as well.
Dr. C and his team did a great job on the diagnosis and recommended a more conservative than other surgeons I consulted. Ultimately, the relatively simple surgery relieved 95% of the pain/discomfort/numbness extending down my leg to my calf. Recovery was not bad and I was back to normal activities after 8 weeks. SHould have done it years ago!
I have had chronic back pain for years and have always said i would never have surgery on my back. After physical therapy, pain management, injections and being told there is nothing more we can do. I developed a condition called spondylosis, due primarily to arthritis. It was rapidly becoming debilitating. I selected Dr. Ciccarelli after careful research. He accurately diagnosed the issue and explained options. Ultimately, I chose surgery. Dr. Ciccarelli fused the fourth and fifth lumbar. I felt relief almost immediately after surgery. back felt great after lumbar fusion for almost 2 yrs. in alot of constant pain now. this type of surgery needs more research and follow up.
Had Spine lumbar fusion recently and it’s going great. I picked this doctor by his reviews and did not go wrong. He is knowledgeable and did a wonderful job on my back. I am recovering well and walked after surgery and now walk everywhere without a walker. Did not use one before and do not need one now. It’s been almost 3 weeks and have no complications.
