The best was terrific for effects. Cast dressed to period. Music for when we were there was professional but to much 20's era. Food was good but not great. Service by the water person was fabulous but the waiter leaved a lot to be desired. I had to ask for coffee all night! And friend had to ask for his ice tea also. I liked it a lot but not worth the price. Sorry

An anniversary to remember! The set menu was an impressive assortment of delightful dishes having something for everyone. The quality and presentation of the meal did not disappoint. We found our food to be nothing short of excellent. All set in this late 20's era venue with all of the trimmings. The talent, dancers and band really set the mood for the entire night and really turn a night out on the town in to an unforgettable experience. Absolutely loved the Cicada!
The takeaways are this: the food was tasty (in all fairness our food perhaps wasn’t as hot as it should have been, but the flavors were good). I can’t say any of the desserts were worth writing about though. The music was GREAT and the entertainment was on point. But if you’re planning on having a group of ladies go - like a bachelorette party, don’t. The whole point of this is the dancing, which you really need partners for and frankly, you’re on your own.
Great food, beautiful place, fabulous music! We had a a very pleasant evening and will definitely go back. We highly recommend it. Dress to impress. We are trying to go back to celebrate a birthday with a large group.
