Worst service ever I've experienced.
That’s 2-stars for the poor customer service they provide. There’s usually 1-2 tellers working at most, and they’re definitely not the friendliest ones. No smile, no greetings, and speak too soft to be heard on the other side of the glass pane. I know they can do better. :) They’re not rude people, but most of the time, they don’t make you feel welcome either. 🤷♂️
It is the most incompetent CIBC I have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. Quite often the instant teller machines are not working. It appears that the East Indian security guards regularly open the door late in the morning & lock them up way too early for CIBC customers.
John really helped me a lot, and was always polite and patient. Thank you for everything!!!
Literally the worst service I've ever experienced from any business. We are 3 weeks waiting for a debit card to work. This is after booking an hour long appt and going to the branch again to provide a 4th item for identification plus about 15 phone calls. The building is empty, no one helps you and there is zero understanding of customer service!! SHAMEFUL
