The most useless customer service I've ever seen. The 1-2 tellers there look like they don't even want to be there and they seem to want to get people out the door as soon as possible so they can sit around and do nothing until their shift ends. If you don't want to be there why even bother applying for a job?? Made me feel super unwelcome and I pitied the old couple next to me for having to deal with them.
Worst service ever I've experienced.
That’s 2-stars for the poor customer service they provide. There’s usually 1-2 tellers working at most, and they’re definitely not the friendliest ones. No smile, no greetings, and speak too soft to be heard on the other side of the glass pane. I know they can do better. :) They’re not rude people, but most of the time, they don’t make you feel welcome either. 🤷♂️
It is the most incompetent CIBC I have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. Quite often the instant teller machines are not working. It appears that the East Indian security guards regularly open the door late in the morning & lock them up way too early for CIBC customers.
John really helped me a lot, and was always polite and patient. Thank you for everything!!!
