We have our mortgage with CIBC and I have a CIBC visa but when I went in to do foreign cash exchange the teller told me he couldn't help me because I didn't have a bank card. I've done foreign currency exchange there for years. What happened????????
Please do not open any accounts here unless you get in writing for what they offer. I’m going to close my account as they said if you open account here you will get $450 after 6 months if I deposit 2 pay cheques and 2 e transfers within 2-3 months. I did that and now they said I had to do something else and it’s quite unfair not get that money.
