I wish I can give 0 star to their poor CS service.
i withdrew 2 rolls of $1 coin. the label on the roll said there'll be 25 coins in it, but it only had 24 coins. so I checked the next roll, it's 24. sneaky. It'll be silly for me to travel all the way back to get back my 2 dollars, but these kinda mistakes should not happen.
I have been there this morning (Saturday) I am 100% satisfied with their service. Particularly the customer service associate who served us was so humble in approaching us. He answered all my questions with patience. Served us with things like deposits too. He doesn’t have a name tag on his shirt so I asked him to thank him. “Thank you so much CHRIS”.
Very cooperative staff here in this branch and polite aswell. Plenty of parking also. H
