Absolutely RIDICULOUS to always only have 1 or 2 tellers. Always a long lineup and it's incredibly frustrating to stand in line for 35 minutes to get a bank draft! The one teller working today is more focused on talking to a client about how she is in university taking psychology courses. You need to do better!

Horrible incompetent people working except just one or two employees.
The branch changed an Indian manager full of bad things now. My bank has been set for 12 years and lots of in and out more than 12M,but the new leader trying to frozen my big amount , the employee asked my lawyer give a letter then said won’t work, she said wire will he fast them said won’t work, she said yesterday 5:00-6:00 pm will release my amount ! No! It’s still frozen! I don’t trust CIBC! Close the bank move to Bmo!
