Listen to the reviews regarding the attitude and the subpar customer service. I’ve been banking with RBC for years and have no complaints. Decided to take a chance on CIBC since my husband banked there for years. The lack of professionalism straight across the board is abysmal. From teller straight to management. Careless attitude, especially from management. I echo the sentiments of the other negative reviews.
Bad customer service never had an issue getting change for Laundry money before but the workers tried making up a policy not allowing non client to get change (I’ve done it before and doing a search shows no policy exists) and when I mention I have gotten change before the 3 workers tried back tracking and conflicting each other. no wonder this bank is one of the rarest to find must be losing client with that kind of service. 😍They work until 7pm
Absolutely RIDICULOUS to always only have 1 or 2 tellers. Always a long lineup and it's incredibly frustrating to stand in line for 35 minutes to get a bank draft! The one teller working today is more focused on talking to a client about how she is in university taking psychology courses. You need to do better!
Lines, lines, lines. you make billions and billions of dollars and you can’t staff the place properly? Had to go to another institution for a mobile home mortgage???
