CIBC - 18 Parkland Dr, Halifax, NS B3S 1T5 I strongly recommend not opening an account at CIBC. My experience with their customer service was very disappointing. I went to the bank to withdraw funds from my mutual fund and transfer them to my savings account. They instructed me to call telephone banking for assistance. When I called, they told me to return to the branch for help. I went back to the branch, only to be informed that I needed to book an appointment. Dont open an account in CIBC. I deposited a 1600 check and CIBC will not clear it unless I visit a branch. What? for every check deposit, i would have to visit branch? Jokers!
