The line is always large. When I asked if there is a public washroom, I have been asked that it is only for staff. Really?
This is the worst branch. Whenever I need a manager she is not there. Today she just decided to leave early in a Friday and I needed a manager to get my money out of my account. I’m now left waiting until Monday. I hope she decides to come to work Monday

i withdrew 2 rolls of $1 coin. the label on the roll said there'll be 25 coins in it, but it only had 24 coins. so I checked the next roll, it's 24. sneaky. It'll be silly for me to travel all the way back to get back my 2 dollars, but these kinda mistakes should not happen.
