My husband is non-ambulatory and needs to be transported by gurney. The transportation company was one and half hour's late and Dr. Powell and his staff was very sweet and understanding. They bent themselves over backwards to still accommodate him. Even though the appointment was primarly for a deep cleaning Dr. Powell blocked off his whole afternoon and extracted 7 teeth.
