Josie is very responsive, prompt and goes above and beyond to satisfy her customers. Her team is always on time usually early even but kindly waits in the car until you are ready. They are thorough and I have strong preferences and requests. If something isn't completed she quickly gets the team back out walks them through it and it doesn't happen again. Reasonable, prompt and very thorough.
Josie and her team have been great to work with and it has been a joy to come home to a sparkling clean house! They make my stainless appliances look spotless and the wood floor has never looked so clean. They are efficient and very professional. I cant be there most of the time when they are cleaning, but I trust them to care for my home and things. Josie is very easy to communicate with and gets back with me right away.
