The food and service were great! We had one minor food issue, the manager came right over and apologized and offered to make it right. Very well run establishment but management that actually cares and servers who are kind and prompt.
Love their frozen margaritas and our server was very nice too
I don’t even have to explain myself on this one.. one of the worst food places ever. No wonder it was so empty. Service was normal so no hate on that.
We had an issue with one of the items on our plate. It was quickly resolved by our server and management. Thankfully this wasn’t our first impression of Chuy’s. Every other visit has consisted of delicious food and excellent service.
