I had a big is your face burrito fajita. It was real good covered in hatch green chili. Very very good

Awful food awful service
Don't fill up on the chips and salsa! Chuy's is fantastic Mexican restaurant serving great takes on the standard TexMex dishes everyone knows and loves. Expect a crowd at peak lunch and dinner times.

The Knox location is the best. Come hungry, and get the queso to start.
I can never say anything bad about this place. I tried the Chicken Boom-Boom this time and loved it. If you like a little spicy, give this a try. My wife had guacamole tacos and loved them.
