Very professional and clean!
My second year with these people, I hope to have their help for many years more. They have been great from start to finish. Great communications, attitude, reliability, I almost wish I had a bigger house with more gutters so they could maintain them! Truly exceptional, and I am reasonably picky about who I pay so I dont have to get up on a ladder myself! Totally worth it!
Very efficient and clean
I had chutes n' ladders clean my gutters. They showed up on time, got right to work, and had my gutters all cleaned out quickly. I will use them again.
I'm pretty sure the guy tried to charge me $50 more than the quoted price -- AND he cleaned out every single bit of ashes from the stove EXCEPT for the ones that kept the ash-drawer from closing all the way! AND I just discovered that my entire floor has a thin layer of black soot dust all over it. Now I have to mop. Now I can't even be sure my chimney is actually clean!
Very competent, helpful, and practical!! Also patient with me as I needed to have them deal with my emergency first, then I thought it over and had them come back and upgrade all my gutters.
Great job!! And at a reasonable price.
