Drive thru. Ordered 3 piece. Got 2 pieces. Only found out when I was down the road. Food appeared to be old, not fresh, over cooked. They didn't get my order right. ALWAYS check your order before leaving this drive thru location.
Sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes before they asked for my order, I tried to get the advertised smokehouse chicken and they told me they didn’t have any so I looked for a minute to figure out what I wanted instead and when I figured out what I wanted I tried ordering it and they were just silent, huge waste of time, awful service.
The whole reason I order ahead is so ky order is ready. Every. Damn. Time.
