This Dorchester Road location is the worst, hands down. There's Bojangles, Popeyes, KFC, etc. Don't waste your time here. The service sucks. They never have anything you want to order. Why is this place even still open? Night manager outside on the phone sounds like arguing with a female, while the 3 people working are driving this place in the ground. Drive thru. Ordered 3 piece. Got 2 pieces. Only found out when I was down the road. Food appeared to be old, not fresh, over cooked. They didn't get my order right. ALWAYS check your order before leaving this drive thru location.
Sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes before they asked for my order, I tried to get the advertised smokehouse chicken and they told me they didn’t have any so I looked for a minute to figure out what I wanted instead and when I figured out what I wanted I tried ordering it and they were just silent, huge waste of time, awful service.
