seriously the nastiest attitude i’ve ever encountered in the food service. two instances i’ve had the same lady literally YELL at me for asking for a menu item. she is extremely rude. nasty as hell inside.
They close the front early because of the high crime area but the drive through is open until 11pm. We need to do something about crime in our neighborhood because we are hurting ourselves.
The amount of reviews on this page about customer service is staggering. To be 5 plus months old reviews and nothing has been done about your rude staff? Lady at the counter acted like she was doing us a favor by placing our order. LOL. Highly unprofessional. Food was great but I'm surprised this place is still in business based solely on the customer service.
They have been out of the small/regular size cups for well over a year so in return customers are automatically charged the upgrade fee for a medium drink. The receipts list you can get a free leg, thigh or tender with survey completion yet the rep stated they do not sell those anymore (ironically it’s still being printed on the receipts). Don’t think either of those practices are fair. However, the food is good unlike the service.
