HOA is terrible.. Just last year I went to the pool walked in saw a glass on the ground went to the front desk/“lifeguards” station and let them know and now they’re trying to charge me for the draining of the pool, etc… When you can clearly look at the cameras of me showing up looking for a table and then 15 seconds later coming back to tell them that there was glass on the floor..
