There is a heavy cigarette smell as soon as you walk into the hallways where the units are. also if you are not Asian or White, they will tell you your credit must be almost 800 to qualify , regardless of how much you make. I’m 8 months pregnant and I applied for a one bedroom with my sister in law who has perfect credit and was denied even after one of the mangers explained to me that they only go by whoever’s credit was better(for a one bedroom) then said the policy changed a few days later and now they go by both applican... read more

As a neighbor of the property, they have a nice-looking building but leave the landscaping an absolute mess. It is rare when there isn't garbage covering the grounds outside the front entrance.
