Do not work with this family owned business. They do not pay the subs and take trips to Spain instead. As of 10/8 this Company's Owner has not paid their subs on multiple jobs and having to send in lien waivers for payments. No communication whatsoever. I would steer clear from anything with the Chupik name on it. As of 10/14 we were promised payment and recieved 1/3 of total so making some progress. Check ended up bouncing as this team has multiple past due projects apparently.
Our company has worked with Chupik Designs (owner: Randy Chupik) on past projects. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this builder due to unresolved issues. A balance that has been owed to us for several months remains unpaid despite repeated attempts to communicate. Calls, emails, and messages have gone unanswered. Professional relationships are built on trust and accountability, and this experience has been disappointing.
I do not recommend working with chupik design, they are a sketchy family business.
