Have had the pleasure of eating Chuck's in Burbank many times... Last night ordered from Darien and had it delivered to where I am currently doing rehab. Ordered slab of ribs, ribs tips, baked beans, Mac n cheese, Cole slaw, and topped it off with their peach and apple cobblers. The 4 of us feasted on the great BBQ. Placed the order with Phil who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this establishment for great BBQ and service.

Was looking forward to eating here with my dad as it was recommended by our hotel. We got drinks and ordered our appetizer and main dishes, however the appetizer did not come out until a half hour later (after we said something about it). We waited another 20 minutes after we finished our appetizer with nobody coming up to us. We finally left after paying for what we were served. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to my pulled pork sandwich.
Reading all the positive reviews thinking this place would be good, we'll it wasnt. Very disappointed. My husband had a good entrée, but mine was terrible. So terrible I couldn't even eat it and my husband tried it and spit it out. I had the chicken rice soup first which came out border line warm, it was more cool than warm. I than had 2 meats (pulled pork,rib tips) and macaroni and cheese. Both meats were so extremely dry I couldn't even chew them. The macaroni and cheese I'm convinced was just kraft.
