I just called to reserve a spot for trivia night . I was put on hold for 5 minutes, listen to a horrible loop. The words catered crap was actually on loop. No joke. I had to call back lady , she said I’m too busy to take your reservation. I told her maybe I can call back. She suggested late at night, really? If you are so busy why didn’t you say that In the beginning or have a way people can reserve online? I will never go here ever again. That lady should get an award or a raise....NOT

We had the Lent special buffet on Friday the food was delicious, great taste however not very hot and I had to ask for a few items to be replaced ! Shrimp and grits were gone and took awhile to be replaced! I was very happy with a full belly!
First we always love the breab at the burbank location, didn’t get any. Then the other thing we look forward to is the Mac n cheese, then they bring out what looked like Kraft Mac and cheese horribly disappointed oh and our drinks never even got refilled I think I’ll stick to burbank, Chuck’s is my 12 yr old sons favorite restaurant but not the Darien location
Variety of food choices. Great food. Large beer selection. Great bbq.
