I visited on a quiet day, yet the restaurant was uncomfortably cold and still felt crowded. It took about 10 minutes just to get menus and another 10 minutes to order drinks, which made the service feel incredibly slow. This was my fourth time visiting, and they still didn't have the truck sliders available. It is frustrating that a signature item is still on the menu when it's never in stock. This was easily one of the worst service experiences I’ve had, and it left a lasting negative impression of this Chuck’s location. The server we had at the time lacked even basic customer service skills. She was inattentive, extremely slow, and showed no sense of urgency. We waited far too long just to have our order taken, and even longer for simple things like drinks and check-ins. Great atmosphere and they have huge TV screens showcasing live sports and I’m not complaining about the prices but the service could be better in terms of friendliness. Water was not offered at all and seemed the server was in a rush. I understand they get busy due to their happy hours but that’s shouldn’t impact my experience. We ordered Nachos, Bruschetta flatbread, Fries, Boneless chicken bites (really good), onions rings and garlic bread (average) and everything was delivered hot and fresh. Prices are great!
