Very disappointed. Charging an automatic gratuity for a table of only five people feels like a cheap tactic rather than good customer service. If this is the restaurant’s policy, it should be made very clear before customers order—not be a surprise on the bill. Tips should reflect the quality of the service, not be forced without clear disclosure. This experience left a bad impression, and I’ll think twice before coming back.
My waitress Corrin was the sweetest person I have had as a waitress at chucks. She was very quick to ask if we needed anything, her customer service was above and beyond where she was bubbly and kind. Corrin is great at her job and I wish to see her at Chuck’s again.
