Extremely disappointing experience at Chuck’s Roadhouse, Kitchener. We were having a party, and the staff — especially a server named Muje — was extremely disrespectful. When he came to clear our table, he said he’d take everything we didn’t need anymore. I’ve worked at chucks for 7 years, the perception of this interaction was everything but a lie from the guests point of view. They got very angry very quickly and were the ones escalating the situation. We asked them to leave , and now the whole group comments about their situation after asking them to pay the bill and leave . The comments below from this party , all a blatant lie.
I came into chucks tonight to have a couple apps and drinks with my girls and over saw these 10 boys ( not men ) because they were acting distasteful towards the whole staff, so I will not call them men. All names of them listed below this review as they just wrote a made up story. We regularly visit chucks, but this time was absolutely terrible. we asked one of the staff members to take our dish. Instead of responding politely, he rudely said that he “doesn’t have five hands.” We’ve always supported this restaurant and enjoyed coming here, but this experience was shocking and disappointing. The way the staff treated us was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. It’s really sad to see how much the service has gone downhill. Definitely not the experience we expected as regular customers.
Not the best guest experience I would say, the server was very mean & unprofessional.
