I had a disappointing experience at Chuck’s on Saturday due to the service from Mackenzie. My food tasted off, so I asked for a new plate. She responded in a disrespectful and dismissive way. After taking my plate, I saw her in the kitchen eating food off of it, which was extremely inappropriate. She then brought that same plate back to my table. For the rest of the night, she was rude, impatient, and made me feel uncomfortable, especially as someone with an accent. Overall, she made the entire dining experience unenjoyable.
Food is great and love their offer . Only reason i couldn’t give 5 star cuz of the dry Steak bites . Their steak bites are dry
