We bring our truck here yearly to get serviced. The first time was a very enjoyable experience. The second time was okay, but this year was not good. They quoted us $900 for suspension work and diagnosing the check engine light and they said it would only take A FEW HOURS in 1 day. I assumed they'd align it since it was suspension work. When we got it back 3 DAYS LATER... no alignment, no repair for the check engine light, and we paid almost $900 anyways. They didn't even mention how badly it needed aligned after the repair.... read more

Is this the truck that was under the name Jose Castro? If so, he dropped it off to have the front end checked and mentioned that it had a fuel leak. There was no mention of a check engine light. He was quoted 851.53 to do the upper and lower ball joints which he authorized before we did the work. We do not send ball joint jobs out for alignment unless the front housing is bent, or it has offset upper ball joints in it. This truck had neither situation. Trustworthy and good prices
Had my car impounded, was told it was going to be $115, was charged $230, also had $50 stolen from the inside of my car. Highly unprofessional and not recommended.
