Great property mgmt company.!
Horrible property management company. They didn't do thinks they said they would do to clean the house before I moved in, they made me wait weeks for every essential repair I ever requested and they charged me with huge fees that were not in any way warranted when I moved out which has hurt my credit report. I would avoid them at all costs. I would give them 0 stars if that was possible.
We lived in a CPM house in Bellingham back when it was all we could afford. It took us over a week to clean the place before we felt safe to move in because the house was absolutely filthy. All of the outlets and garbage disposal were used up and I did all of the repair work because CPM would not respond. One Sunday morning the fire detector went off and we called the fire department because we smelled smoke.
