Charles was so nice but for the first time ever, I got home and cried my eyes out. I had super long hair with lots of layers and I only wanted a trim and it texturizing a bit. We talked about the v-cut that I had and he said he could make it a little more dramatic. I got home and have less layers and but they are WAY shorter.
