My husband just dropped in today to get my TrueStart battery replaced. Since my car was dead, he just brought in the battery. As a family with several generations of Toyota enthusiasts and owners, we have never received such horrible, trite service from this dealership before. The young woman at the service counter was condescending and rude during what should have been a routine transaction. I just bought a 4 runner! Best vehicle ever. Thanks to Cindy Long it was a great experience and easy transaction. The facility is very nice as well.. I hate purchasing vehicles but our lease was up so we had to but honestly, I enjoyed my time with Chuck Hutton and awesome customer service. Highly recommend!
It's usually a wait even with an appointment. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Sometimes customer service staff smiles don't meet their eyes. Meaning their just doing their jobs nothing more.
