I think there is to little control of the children,it's a free for all melee at times,BUT I like the concept and your workers at the Bloomington. store work hard at friendliness and patience,
Dirty, game broke still on floor, EXTREMELY POOR Service from Manager on down. Only bright spot was KidCheck (she was polite and attentive). Might be biased here since I worked CEC for 2 years in Virginia and Technical Manager but if we were this unfriendly my GM would have let ys go. Peoria CEC is much nicer, longer drive but worth it.
I have attended so many birthday parties at Chuck E. Cheese in both Peoria and Bloomington over the past years that I actually have lost count. I have been to many parties for my seven grandchildren year after year and now we are starting with the great grandchildren. It seems like it has become almost a family tradition. From the chilxrens' point of view it is the most amazingly fun place to be. From the parents', grandparents' and great-grandparents point of view, what better place is there locally for the kid to have fun.... read more
