Not impressed at all! We ordered our food spent around $75 walked around for about 15 minutes looking for a place to sit finally found what appeared to be an empty table we had to clear the table off and and wipe it down.. tickets were empty in over half of the machines... not one appearance from Chuck E. Bathroom was filthy trash over flowing no paper towels.. huge disappointment! On a positive note, the staff was super friendly.
I know sometimes us as parents complain about the price or how some of the games don’t work but my kids left very happy and that’s what matters!!! Thanks for the party set up!
Just had my 4 year olds party there today. Table was ready right when we walked in with a coordinator that greeted us at the door. Three large parties all at the same time and the computer systems went down causing the kids to not be able to get their game cards right away. Hey it happens! The staff went above and beyond to play with the kids and kept them entertained with smiles on their faces. Great attitudes and professional behavior. (LAST NIGHT) Waited almost an hour on a slow Tuesday for 2 pizzas. 1 wasn't the one i ordered but was charged for. Again slow night and we sat up at the counter it felt like all night several times waiting ... waiting for a question to be answered...waiting to get prizes for the tickets. I saw a total of 5 employees who were working and yet we waited the whole night it felt like. I thought going on a week night would be a good thing! HORRIBLE SERVICE
Had a great time with our kids & the 🍕Was great, and the new cards instead of tokens was a good idea but need to rethink about the bracelets to hold the cards because the snap part wasn't good lost a card ☹️
Pizza was Hot n very good. Alot of new games for the kids to enjoy.
