We tried calling the store twice and no one answered. Then we ask for change and the kid at the counter called for the manager twice and he didn't come up. Then we go to sit down and every table is dirty. Thankfully one of the girls cleaned 3 of the tables. Then the pizza comes out and it's burnt. Then some kid comes up and takes a bite of our pizza and runs away. This is not the first bad experience I have had at this location. I do not see myself returning.
The 2 grandchildren had alot of fun especially when Chuck E. Cheese came out and threw tickets
I used to be an asst manager for this company. It gave me so much stress and anxiety and anger. Under staffed and under appreciated!
