I hadn't been there in years and was EXTREMELY pleased with this visit. Facility was clean, staff was polite and helpful, and kids had a great time
Wait staff was horrible. We had to remind them to bring drinks to the table for the bday party. And the bathroom was gross. The toilet had blood on it and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.

My son loves it there but half of the games are always either broken, not giving tickets, or they just steal your credits. And they never have enough people working. It's pretty much always dirty and sticky everywhere. Lol
My daughter had a awesome time at her birthday party at Chuck E Cheese on 4/29/17. with her friends. Our party host was very friendly and went out of her way to make the parents and kids feel welcome. Pizza was delicious and the place was clean and comfortable. Our time there was worthwhile and a lot of fun.
The staff was very fast, efficient and friendly. My son had an amazing time and that's all that mattered. The pizza was amazing as usual. The only thing I would suggest in something to cover the pizza when you walk away from the table to keep it covered and to kind of let people know the table is being used so they don't toss your items.
My kids had fun... buffet we waited for a little longer for the food to be serve, if its buffet that should be ready for the people before the buffet start at 11am...
