RecommendedVery child friendly- loved the way they stamped our hands and checked the stamp to make sure the child I brought was the child I left with! It gave an extra layer of security. In the world we live in it’s great to know they take extra precautions. Several staff also walked around making sure everything was going well!

Worst customer service ever! Employee at door didn’t even know how to use stamp so you don’t walk out with the wrong kid. When I complained to the manager she didn’t care and was not responsive at all! I am very disappointed. Child safety should be priority #1!
love this place lots of fun but wish they would go back to TOKENS!!!! we hate the new play cards!!!!
We were there 2 1/2 hours last night and Chuck E Cheese only came out 1 time for approximately 10-15 minutes. The salad bar had very few choices and wasn't worth the price we paid. We will most likely not return. Very disappointed!!!
