Almost all the ticket redeem booths were broken. The ball toss game was also broke, 1 lane would spit out a ticket and no balls and the other 4 would register more than one ball thrown and stop scoring when you still had multiple balls left. Most the staff stood around playing on their cell phones and we had to ask multiple times for the salad mix to be refilled. The romaine lettuce was brown. I gave a 2 rating only because the rest of the salad bar was fresh and the kids all still had fun.

Waited almost an hour for one pizza with one topping which was burnt ham. And as soon as we got done eating we let the kids play go back to our table and our drinks and pizza was gone. Table was wiped clean you could still see the wet areas from the cleaner or towel. Still had 3 slices of pizza and 4 boneless wings left. When i said something they acted like it wasn't their problem. They wasn't busy at all. So its not like they needed the table.
Very good place to take your kids..My son loves it as he can run wild and free and play the games..The staff are wonderful..and aa always they have people walking around making sure all the machines are full of tickets and working cant wait till the next time we go which is very soon....
