Games give you like 2 tickets each and all the prizes cost so many tickets. I don’t like the new card thing trying to add money to the card was ridiculous it wouldn’t take my cash all different bills not just one. So many parents acting like it’s a get away for them and let their little kid run around alone witch left a lot of kids upset running around crying for their parents lost and scared. We had our sons birthday there and I thought they did a good job. He had fun and so did all his friends!
The service from the kitchen is awful we had waited 1:30 min for a pizza and to complete the very bad pizza and almost no cheese. It is best to take the children to play and then go to eat somewhere else.

The staff here is so awesome with making sure everyone is having a good time. I love how they randomly come up and pay for games or hand out tickets.
Staff was friendly and very helpful. That is something hard to find in this of place
