Went there for my son’s 7th birthday and got trespassed for an ex employee that wanted to cause problems. The police were called and the management stated that I got physical with the ex employee. Then they decided to keep my daughter from me. I asked for my refund because the food never came out and it’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my money. They don’t deserve to be in business.
There is a manager named Robbie who I feel went above and beyond for my son yesterday. My son loves to go to Chuck E Cheese. We go every couple of weeks just to play. Robbie made my son an employee for the day and he couldn't have been happier. Robbie really proved that Chuck E Cheese is a place where a kid can be a kid! Thank you so much Mr. Robbie.
We have to say Robbie the manager is very professional and helpful.
I took my nephew and niece and they had a glorious time! The facility was clean, the rides were awesome, the staff was so kind. I heard and saw nothing but laughter and happiness; parents with their kids! It was fun as it always is, when I take them! It's a treat for me to take them as I don't have to worry that they will leave because they provide staff to ensure they only leave with who they came with! A very grateful customer.
The place was almost empty, there were plenty of employees but they were all in the back doing who knows what. We had to wait at the front to order for almost 5 minutes and at the ticket counter for almost 5 to get prizes.
My babies always have so much fun here .... So i just found this out when i went to chuck e cheese The first sunday of every month they open 2 hours early for special needs kids so they can have fun and all that they dont play music or have loud noises so it wont bother the kids and have trained staff to help i think that this is so awesome ... sharing with you guys for if you know some one with kids with special needs and its hard for them to go out ... Way to go chuck e cheese �
