We had a wonderful time experience was great except I think our host could have been more on point I also think the cashing tickets in should be easier and more employees needed at prize counter
We went for my little girl’s birthday party. Everything was great, what more could you want in kids entertainment?
They need more staff up at the registers to order food Especially when there’s a long line
Had my son's 7th birthday party there! Our host, Eric was FANTABULOUS!!! MY son has chosen 'chuck a cheese' for his last 3 birthdays!!! Kids had a GREAT time, parents got to visit (for the most part). AND NO CLEAN UP on my part!!!! Thanks, again, "chuck a cheese" for coming through, once again!!!!
Tool long to get food and the food is over priced. The games were fun. Just really don't feel that you get what you paid for
