Be careful! The new ticket in place of coins thing is a scam!! Do the math before you make your selection. You only get what you are paying for if you do the $20 or more options. For example if you put $10 in the machine you get a card worth $7.50! They won't tell you that. You have to realize it before you buy!
Had so much fun! My niece always has her bday here! The staff is so friendly, and they food is great! They also have an adult menu with beer � For the grown ups!
very small and couldn't take our gift card stating some company wide problem for two weeks now so we all had to scramble for cash instead of using their own giftcard over some ridiculous problem like this...unacceptable.
I do my daughter birthday party her the other take about an hour to get it,and the cashier is speaking with the angry voice when I talk to her. Bad service, I will never make my kids party here ever again
The pizza was good but to many broken machines. And I'm not a fan of the cards you have to use in place of tokens. My son having to come back for tokens was my way of keeping track of him.
A good amount of games were broken or didn't give tickets. My pizza has taken 54 minutes and still waiting for it. Nothing fancy, just a large pepperoni pizza. Spoke to the manager and he gave me a $15 refund for my wait and 30 point on the play card. All my kids really wanted is the pizza since this was out dinner plans. I'll be going to a different location next time and hopefully that one is better.
