Well we went there for my granddaughter's birthday just to play it was Sunday very busy kind of late in the day was probably like around 5:36 o'clock and I realize it's been busy and but they seem to be very understaffed there was a lot of tables that we had stuff on them that people obviously we're done and not cleaned off we had to go ask the girl at the front door that stamps your hand to come clean the table which she did and I ended up wiping it down because she was busy doing something else and the salad bar was very b... read more
We had a great birthday party experience for our 6 year old son. Our host was very helpful and the food was as expected. Everything was ready for us and I didn't have to do any of the work!
We always have our kids bday parties here! Everyone loves it! I just wish there were cheaper options to feed a large group! With toddlers bday parties we are feeding parents and siblings, and friends. It would be nice to be offered a deal that can cater to a group of 15 or more! Also, it would be great if thing we're more organised. You can definitely tell if younger employees are in charge on any given day!
I've taken my granddaughter twice in the last two weeks. Both times the bears didn't light up and sing. The first time the salad bar was down the second time three machines were out of tickets! Hit one for the 225 but it didn't spit out our tickets because it was out of them. I told the kid working and he smiled and walked off!
